2. Donate, through Q1 – Q3, 54’245 sachets of Plumpy’Nut® to Unicef (and we estimates a total of 72’245 bags by the end of Q4). Landing on a total of 282 379 sachets since we started.
3. Provide 15’231 days of education for an orphan child with MOP
Every year we donate a portion of our sales to Unicef’s emergency relief to vulnerable children, helping them provide children with sachets of Plumpy’Nut. The Plumpy’Nut®, also known as Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food, is a high-energy peanut paste containing sugar, vegetable oil and skimmed milk powder, and is enriched with vitamins and minerals. Only three sachets a day for six to eight weeks can be all it takes to save a child’s life. Learn more about what you, and your company, can do to help Unicef at: https://lnkd.in/f-9zKr3
HARALD PIHL GmbH donates its portion of sales to Monduli Juu Orphans Project (MOP). The vision of MOP is to empower orphans and vulnerable children, at Monduli Juu in Arusha Region in Tanzania, by holistically meeting their physical, mental, psychological and spiritual needs with a focus on education. All contributions matter and even the smallest order at HARALD PIHL will contribute to the cost of one day of education for an orphan child. Read more about MOP.
